- State of the art CCTV cameras throughout the facility
- Traceable individual codes for employees access to facility
- Reception logs and ID badges for tracking vendor and visitor building access
- Doors locked from the outside 24/7 with the exception of the front door during business hours
- Mandatory wearing of employee picture ID badges
- Building alarm system monitored by off-site company
Best Press has documented information security policies and procedures in place to protect customer data that is entrusted to us during the printing cycle. A secure FTP site is in place for file transfers along with data encryption capabilities. Disaster planning readiness has been documented and is reviewed by top management annually.
